Olde Mount Dora Carriage Company
established 2022
Olde Mount Dora Carriage Company is a horseless electric carriage company in the historic downtown area of Mount Dora, Florida; proudly the first city in the United States to approve electric carriages for commercial use! Mount Dora was founded in the 1880’s and grew in popularity as a winter retreat for many hunters, fisherman and boaters.  Located about one hour north of Walt Disney World on Lake Dora, Mount Dora still remains a popular destination with its many yearly festivals, fairs, quaint historic buildings and architecture.  Olde Mount Dora Carriage Company provides a victorian style, clean, and green transportation carriage service that compliments the charming nature of the city that visitors come to experience to this day.
